This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage and conduct audits for all product-related collateral.
β’ Perform gap analyses and supervise the development of collateral plans in collaboration with Product Line and Client Line Account Development Senior Strategists.
β’ Organize and enhance accessibility to agent-facing collateral, including videos, job aids, presentations, product guides, one-pagers, and engagement tools.
β’ Oversee the platform and systems utilized for storing, organizing, and controlling versions of collateral.
β’ Recognize requirements stemming from forthcoming new product and platform updates and initiate planning and development of collateral.
β’ Design and direct the annual review process for collateral produced by the sales team, including the submission of collateral requests and updates.
β’ Manage brief development, oversee project updates, and create as well as promote new assets.
β’ Collaborate with the Virtual Event Manager and product specialists to maintain Product FAQs and suggest updates to content collateral and enhancements to product guides based on webinar Q&A and feedback from agents.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Agency Sales Engagement Strategy.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales, or process management.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
β’ Highly organized with the capability to independently advance multiple complex projects.
β’ Proficient in various sales enablement, content management, and project management technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Coda).
β’ Strong capability to collaborate, indirectly influence, and build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing and translating sales strategies into tangible results.
β’ Keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt to continual changes.
β’ Currently, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this role.
β’ Preferred: Over 5 years of experience with insurance products, processes, and systems.
