Manager, Advisory Solutions Contracting

📋 Description

• Lead and expand the Advisory Solutions Contracting function.

• Establish governance frameworks, controls, and scalable contracting processes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring that the contracting strategy aligns with business objectives.

• Formulate contracting strategies that balance growth ambitions with risk management.

• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, which includes drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of agreements, encompassing 1099 and vendor contracts.

• Prioritize requests effectively while adhering to service-level timelines.

• Drive enhancements in workflow optimization, automation, and overall process improvements.

• Uphold governance standards and manage approval workflows.

• Take ownership of capacity planning and resource allocation.

• Mentor and foster the development of team members.

• Support strategic initiatives and manage change effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management or related areas.

• Previous leadership experience is essential.

• Proven experience in managing complex agreements.
