This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with a team of Advisory consultants to enhance performance within healthcare systems.
• Execute billable client engagements and lead/manage significant workstreams or projects.
• Assess client requirements based on engagement statements of work.
• Lead, guide, finalize, interpret, and ensure quality in data analyses.
• Formulate initial and final recommendations and solutions for client consideration.
• Create client presentations and deliverables tailored for diverse audiences.
• Support the implementation of proposed improvements.
• Oversee project risks, issues, economics, budgets, expenses, profitability, administration, and logistics.
• Manage and mentor project-assigned staff.
• Foster strong, referenceable relationships with clients.
• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.
• Engage in Advisory practice development and fulfill annual training requirements.
• Learn Premier-based technologies and services.
• Identify market opportunities and relay potential leads to managers.
• Contribute to sales presentation deliverables.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing profitability.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Capability to coordinate and deliver impactful verbal and written presentations to client audiences.
• Proficiency in conducting analyses and mentoring others in the delivery and production of client deliverables.
• Ability to engage effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Competence in leading workgroups to achieve successful outcomes.
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt and shift priorities quickly while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills for in-person and electronic interactions.
• Capacity to make independent decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers amidst varying interruptions.
• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US.
• Sedentary physical work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible force frequently/constantly.
