This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a team of Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives.
• Enhance account retention and meet key performance indicator standards.
• Collaborate with the Account Management Director for the designated region to align with corporate retention objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives through observation and constructive feedback.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assess team performance rankings.
• Support professional development plans, coaching, training needs, and identification of advancement opportunities.
• Develop performance scorecards to evaluate team effectiveness.
• Manage client escalations prior to involving the Director and senior leadership.
• Work alongside Account Management leadership to create and update policies and procedures.
• Utilize root cause analysis to prevent the recurrence of client service issues.
• Ensure the achievement of departmental standards, methods, procedures, client marketing, messaging, revenue, budget, ROI, and service satisfaction goals.
• Promote teamwork and a supportive departmental culture.
• Formulate strategies with the Director and VP of Account Management to enhance client satisfaction, maintain loyalty, and boost retention.
• Assist with business requirements and the rollout of key initiatives to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with RxBenefits functional team leaders to optimize the launch of new products/services for account management teams, EBCs, and clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare-related service industry.
• Experience in customer-facing leadership and account relationship strategy.
• Ability to interface effectively at all levels within a large organization and client base.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational, motivational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient understanding of existing and new service offerings.
• High energy with a robust ‘can do’ attitude.
