This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing account management team responsible for meeting sales quotas.
• Mentor Account Managers at the deal level by setting expectations, offering feedback, and creating development pathways.
• Propel sales, renewals, retention, and revenue enhancement across franchise accounts, new store openings, expansions, and product refresh initiatives.
• Assist franchise operators in deriving value from PAR's POS, Back Office, Insights, Delivery, Payments, Services, and Hardware solutions.
• Establish repeatable sales processes and implement cross-sell and upsell strategies.
• Manage forecast accuracy, conduct weekly pipeline and deal reviews, track performance metrics, and oversee CRM practices within Salesforce.
• Forge relationships with franchisee groups and franchisor field organizations.
• Represent PAR at industry events and address concerns related to at-risk accounts and renewals.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Sales Enablement to recruit, onboard, train, and retain team members.
• Address underperformance through documented expectations, measurable milestones, and partnership with HR.
• Identify customer white space and explore opportunities for AI and automation utilization.
• Partner with Corporate Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Order Management, and Professional Services.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales and revenue goals.
• 2+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying team, showcasing success in hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry, experience with franchise communities, and knowledge of complex restaurant management solutions is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and AI solutions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements, franchise conferences, and industry events.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
• Must not have any restrictive covenant agreements that would prevent employment at PAR.
• Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and/or equity, as applicable.
