This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts while collaborating with the Director to enhance client relationships and ensure the success and profitability of Cartus.
• Create and deliver client RFP presentations and engage in best-and-final presentations with the sales team for prospective clients.
• Support or lead negotiations for internal and external contracts, including pricing and terms.
• Engage in and facilitate strategic and program discussions throughout client implementations.
• Formulate, execute, monitor, and assess service, revenue, and profit goals tailored to specific accounts.
• Manage client policies through audits, team training, coaching, and operational assistance.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Cartus products and services.
• Schedule and conduct annual or on-demand reviews of client programs.
• Oversee or assist with client-specific projects and track progress towards deadlines.
• Evaluate client satisfaction, service-level agreements, service recovery strategies, and overall account health.
• Analyze fees, profitability, receivables, billing accuracy, account margins, and financial impacts.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and audit newly updated contracts.
• Manage pricing requests and assist in achieving the objectives of the pricing department.
• Forecast volume, aid in budgeting, cost estimation, accruals, and expense projections.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to enhance processes, training, and client programs.
• Manage client expectations and service delivery requirements effectively.
• Act as an advocate for clients with network suppliers concerning relocation policies and cultural practices.
• Develop action plans based on client and customer survey feedback, and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to company objectives.
• Mentor colleagues and serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for the department.
• 3-5 years of relevant business experience in Account Management, focusing on domestic and/or international assignment management, relocation, or global mobility.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to fulfill client requests.
• Resourceful individual with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills are highly desirable.
• Proven relationship management skills are essential.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience in Account Management with multiple account oversight.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Influencing and negotiation skills are required.
• Project management experience is necessary.
