Management Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver senior analytical support for HITU, with an emphasis on operations, performance, and readiness.

• Evaluate EHR workloads, enhancement pipelines, and operational metrics to guide leadership in decision-making.

• Create and sustain analytical dashboards and reporting tools to assist Government-managed systems.

• Aid in release planning and coordination, including monitoring effects on operations, training, and support functions for HITU programs.

• Organize IT governance meetings, document outcomes, and track action items.

• Assist in operational planning, resource analysis, and workload forecasting for HITU programs.

• Discover opportunities for process improvements within EHR operations and governance procedures.

• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, technical teams, trainers, and leadership.

• Preserve documentation related to the operations, decisions, and outcomes of HITU programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in supporting large-scale programs, including operational analysis, performance monitoring, and readiness evaluation.

• Strong analytical skills to assess operational workloads, enhancement pipelines, and trends in system usage.

• Proficiency in developing program metrics, dashboards, and management reports for leadership decision-making.

• Capability to assist in release coordination, including monitoring impacts on operations, training, and support functions.

• Experience in facilitating governance meetings, documenting outcomes, and tracking action items.

• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements within operational workflows and governance procedures.

• Strong aptitude for synthesizing complex technical and clinical information into clear, actionable insights.

• Proven ability to support collaboration between clinical users, technical teams, and leadership.
