This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by visiting their sites within the designated territory.
• Market and sell products and services to clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients post-sale.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business development.
• Interact with clients via phone, chat, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
• Finalize sales and provide support to clients.
• Address client queries and suggest suitable products and services.
• Implement sales strategy effectively.
• Compile and generate sales reports.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales volume while maintaining service quality.
• Establish trust and foster strong customer relationships.
• Achieve or surpass sales and margin IOP targets.
• Promote awareness and sales of the VWR Private Label range.
• Execute agreed-upon strategies across specific accounts.
• Sustain and grow existing business relationships.
• Propel new and ongoing opportunities through effective territory management and client visits.
• Utilize VWR CRM for managing customer relationships, interactions, and data.
• Strategically plan, forecast, and meet territory/account goals and KPIs.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
• Candidates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are preferred.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Ideally, fluent in one or two additional languages.
• Familiarity with company products, promotions, services, and solution offerings.
• Comprehensive understanding of relationship dynamics and buyer behaviors.
• Broad knowledge of the VWR Product & Service portfolio.
• In-depth insight into VWR functions and their respective roles.
• Skill in structuring content appropriately for different audiences and objectives.
• Ability to foster mutually beneficial customer relationships and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Competence in managing various types of buyers and their personalities, including technical, user, and economic buyers.
• Ability to analyze and integrate sales data effectively.
• Capability to work independently while managing time and territory efficiently.
• Proficient in negotiating pricing strategies and contracts for large accounts.
• Aptitude for addressing challenging situations with effectiveness.
• Ability to stay informed about relevant market trends.
• Capacity to leverage specialists for insights in problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel to client locations five days a week.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
