This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
• Act as the primary executive relationship manager and strategic commercial leader for a portfolio of 2-4 high-value major accounts.
• Retain and significantly enhance revenue within intricate client organizations.
• Create and implement customized, multi-year strategic account plans.
• Broaden organizational presence and increase product adoption.
• Take ownership of and drive total revenue growth across Roadside Assistance and Accident Management business lines.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Identify and seize cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the entire product range.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead complex contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews with client leadership.
• Represent the organization at high-level client meetings and industry forums.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
• 8-12+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven experience managing multi-product portfolios across enterprise-level accounts.
• Demonstrated success in growing accounts through substantial expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
• Experience in navigating complex, matrixed client organizations.
• Capability to influence stakeholders within multiple intricate client organizations simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify advanced growth opportunities, comprehend client P&L pressures, and propose suitable, high-value solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams without direct authority.
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills in high-stakes commercial discussions.
• Strong skills in pipeline management and long-term account planning.
• Capability to convey strategic business value and ROI to executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel as needed for strategic client engagements, QBRs, and industry events.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
