This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components as necessary.
• Perform routine inspections, service equipment, and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Oversee and maintain HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Examine equipment and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with codes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Operate across various sites within the geographic market.
• A degree is not required.
• A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
• A strong mechanical curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Proven experience in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Competence with both hand and power tools.
• Skilled in diagnostics and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Attention to detail for thorough inspections and precise repairs.
• Physical capability to carry out active, hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and accurately document work.
• Willingness to operate across multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Training will be provided.
• Relevant certifications or trade experience are beneficial but not mandatory for entry.
