Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Serve retail locations in the capacity of a Facilities Maintenance Technician

• Oversee, prioritize, and complete various service requests assigned by the Nouria Maintenance Manager

• Execute general repairs and maintenance tasks safely and effectively

• Carry out minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs

• Maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and both interior and exterior lighting

• Collaborate with the Nouria Maintenance Manager regarding call prioritization and ordering of maintenance supplies

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is a mandatory requirement

• Trade Certification is advantageous

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction trades or facility management

• Excellent time management abilities with a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in using email and internet-based dispatching applications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential

• Willingness to respond to urgent maintenance requests outside of regular business hours
