Maintenance Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop Maintenance Supervisors as well as regional technical teams.

• Design and implement maintenance programs, standards, and best practices.

• Manage the regional budget, parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

• Evaluate and analyze uptime, repair expenses, and maintenance KPIs.

• Identify systemic challenges and spearhead long-term improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Safety teams to ensure alignment on priorities.

• Guarantee effective execution of maintenance support for new site openings.

• Offer escalation support for complex or high-impact equipment failures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in maintenance, including supervisory roles.

• Strong technical expertise in car wash systems or comparable automated equipment.

• Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.

• Proven track record in managing multi-unit technical operations.

• Strategic mindset with systems-level leadership skills.

• Data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in training, coaching, and developing teams.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
