Maintenance Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, plan, and direct preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks

• Ensure the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and operational areas

• Guarantee the safety, functionality, and quality of work environments

• Coordinate and manage the maintenance team

• Compile purchase lists for necessary materials

• Administer maintenance supplies

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams

• High school diploma or equivalent (secondary education)

• Fundamental knowledge of building electrical systems

• Basic understanding of hydraulics

• Introductory knowledge of masonry and painting

• Safe handling of hand and power tools

• Basic familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations

• Skills in team management

• Experience in maintenance supervision
