Mainframe Security / Vulnerability Management Consultant – zSecure Audit, RACF, ACF2, TSS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Offer consulting services in mainframe security and vulnerability management

• Conduct zSecure Audit tasks

• Engage with RACF, ACF2, and Top Secret (TSS)

• Strengthen systems utilizing z/OS RACF STIG

• Tackle security controls and manage vulnerability remediation

• Collaborate with teams in Mainframe Engineering and Information Security

• Create documentation and interact with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of direct zSecure Audit experience — REQUIRED

• Extensive z/OS Mainframe Security expertise

• Practical knowledge with RACF, ACF2, and Top Secret (TSS)

• Proficient understanding of REXX

• Familiarity with IBM SyncSort and ICETOOL

• Experience in utilizing z/OS RACF STIG for system hardening

• Solid grasp of mainframe cybersecurity, security controls, and vulnerability remediation

• Background in collaborating with Mainframe Engineering and Information Security teams

• Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills

• Experience with Confluence and Visio is preferred
