Mainframe Security / Vulnerability Management Consultant – zSecure Audit – RACF, ACF2, TSS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide consulting on mainframe security and vulnerability management

• Execute zSecure Audit tasks

• Utilize RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret (TSS)

• Apply z/OS RACF STIG for system hardening

• Manage security controls and address vulnerability remediation

• Collaborate with Mainframe Engineering and Information Security departments

• Create documentation and interact with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of direct zSecure Audit experience — REQUIRED

• Extensive z/OS Mainframe Security expertise

• Practical experience with RACF, ACF2, and Top Secret (TSS)

• In-depth knowledge of REXX

• Familiarity with IBM SyncSort and ICETOOL

• Experience in utilizing z/OS RACF STIG for hardening

• Strong grasp of mainframe cybersecurity, security controls, and vulnerability remediation

• Proven experience collaborating with Mainframe Engineering and Information Security teams

• Excellent communication, documentation, and client engagement skills

• Experience with Confluence and Visio is preferred
