Mainframe Security Administrator, ACF2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyze, prioritize, and remediate findings from security assessments related to directory services focused on CA ACF2.

• Contribute to the development of secure configurations and hardening standards for Mainframe environments.

• Conduct risk assessments and security audits.

• Manage and provide operational support for the CA ACF2 platform.

• Design, implement, and maintain security rules, resource classes, and access control structures.

• Manage security policies and procedures for Mainframe systems.

• Monitor, analyze, and investigate security logs and reports.

• Participate in incident response activities related to security and compliance.

• Provide technical leadership in integration initiatives between CA ACF2 and enterprise IAM solutions.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure secure implementations.

• Manage functionalities related to digital certificates.

• Support modules and features such as Xrole and Passphrase.

• Participate in or lead IAM and security projects of moderate complexity.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and support guides.

• Engage in technical reviews, quality processes, and implementation validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience managing Mainframe platforms.

• Solid experience working with CA ACF2.

• Knowledge in designing and managing access and security rules within ACF2.

• Experience in identity and access management (IAM) applied to Mainframe environments.

• Familiarity with audits and regulatory frameworks such as SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar.

• Experience in vulnerability analysis and compliance with security controls.

• General knowledge of digital certificates.

• Advanced conversational English (B2/C1).

• Experience integrating ACF2 with enterprise IAM solutions.

• Knowledge in security incident response.

• Experience in automation or improvement of security processes.

• Participation in global or multicultural projects.
