This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic and challenging machine learning engineering coding tasks rooted in actual codebases.

• Construct functional reference solutions for each task.

• Design automated tests to ensure the correctness and robustness of the solutions.

• Guarantee that tasks are well-defined and cannot be resolved through shortcuts.

• Enhance tasks based on feedback from reviewers.

• Complete a brief screening call and technical assessment prior to onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical ML Engineering experience in Python.

• Candidates with 3+ years of pertinent Python/ML experience may also be eligible if their education and practical experience demonstrate strong technical skills.

• Experience in training or fine-tuning models using frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or similar.

• Proficient in Python coding, debugging, and testing.

• Experience with large or multi-file codebases.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Ability to produce clear technical specifications.

• Nice to have: Experience with GPU/ML systems including CUDA, Triton, FSDP, DeepSpeed, kernel optimization, multi-GPU, or distributed training.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI training/evaluation, benchmarks, model evaluations, or reinforcement learning environments.

• Nice to have: Participation in Kaggle, competitive programming, or contributions to open-source ML projects.
