M&A Managing Consultant – EHS Due Diligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead environmental, health, and safety (EHS) projects for clients in the financial sector, specifically private equity.

• Oversee significant projects and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.

• Ensure the successful execution of client engagements.

• Act as the project manager for EHS due diligence audits during transactions.

• Evaluate regulatory data and prepare comprehensive EHS reports.

• Assist in the development of tools that incorporate ESG/EHS factors into the investment processes of asset managers and owners.

• Develop and manage client accounts effectively.

• Contribute to the creation of commercial proposals.

• Identify opportunities to enhance services and broaden ongoing projects.

• Serve as a catalyst for innovation and transformation within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess 5–8 years of relevant experience as an EHS consultant.

• Hold a Master's degree in environmental management, environmental engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in English (CEFR level C1 is required).

• Have a solid understanding of EHS risks and opportunities within the financial and corporate sectors.

• Possess thorough knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements (e.g., ICPE, French Labor Code, etc.).

• Exhibit excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

• Experience with AI tools will be considered advantageous.
