This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on responsibility from the outset for various phases of the M&A process.

• Your role includes preparing investment teasers and information memoranda.

• You will collaborate with investors and companies to develop customized, actionable M&A strategies.

• Your tasks involve modeling business plans, conducting company valuations, constructing and integrating financial models, drafting decision papers, and presenting these internally and to clients.

• Additionally, you will assist in business development by conducting studies and preparing pitches.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• You possess prior experience in corporate finance, at an M&A boutique, or in investment banking.

• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, and communicate fluently in both German and English.

• Your MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, are excellent.

• You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and motivation, enjoying collaboration within small teams.
