This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver professional nursing services via telephone for client-funded contracts.
β’ Initiate outbound calls to patients enrolled in various patient programs.
β’ Handle inbound calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers.
β’ Address inquiries and suggest suitable patient resources.
β’ Refer patients to training sessions, support groups, program materials, or relevant literature.
β’ Advise patients to consult their personal physicians for further information and care.
β’ Compile accurate and timely data and summaries from calls, inquiries, and outcomes.
β’ Provide education to patients regarding product usage.
β’ Engage in program-specific customer meetings and training sessions.
β’ Attend orientation meetings and demonstrate clinical competency through electronic and written evaluations.
β’ Execute special projects and other tasks related to contract performance.
β’ An associate degree and a valid professional nursing license are required.
β’ A Practical Nurse License (LPN) in good standing within the state of employment and/or cross-licensed in additional states.
β’ A Compact State License in eligible states, or a willingness to obtain one once the state enacts Compact legislation.
β’ A California State License is mandatory for telephonic nursing roles; candidates may obtain it post-hire and must be willing to do so.
β’ 2-5 years of relevant experience.
β’ Proficient in basic database management and office navigation skills.
β’ Strong ability to maintain high levels of customer interaction and service skills via phone.
β’ Capable of multitasking between PC and phone-related tasks.
β’ Compliance with approved scripted materials is essential.
β’ Ability to interpret patient information and ascertain appropriate next steps.
