LPN, RX Clinical Program Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate programs designed to enhance overall health outcomes, with a focus on prescription medications.

• Supervise medication therapy and strategy for thorough medication evaluations.

• Enhance the use of prescription drugs for patients who are on multiple medications.

• Foster health awareness through prescription education and targeted quarterly initiatives.

• Make outbound calls to verify patients are adhering to their medication regimen and offer counseling.

• Implement professional concepts, standards, regulations, strategies, and operational guidelines.

• Make decisions regarding work methods and priorities while adhering to provided direction.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings as needed.

• Document and manage information utilizing EHR systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and unrestricted LPN license.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an LPN.

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for precise documentation, data management, and workflow improvement.

• Proven ability to address complex issues and promote collaborative problem-solving within and among teams.

• Demonstrated capacity to work independently while positively contributing to team success.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET).

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload.

• Ability to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Preferred: Experience in Mail Order Pharmacy.

• Preferred: One (1) year or more of experience working as an LPN in a specialty pharmacy environment.

• Preferred: LPN Compact license.
