LPG Service Technician – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform pipeline inspections and, with the necessary qualifications and authorization, conduct external inspections of LPG systems.

• Replace regulators, valves, and meters as needed.

• Address defects and execute minor repairs.

• Assist in the installation and significant modifications of LPG systems.

• Plan appointments, routes, and required materials independently while receiving support from the Technical Back Office.

• Maintain digital records, including photographs.

• Offer customers clear and understandable explanations.

• Contribute to the development and formation of a new technical service technician team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC/plumbing, such as HVAC technician, gas and water installer, or heating engineer.

• Professional experience in working with gas systems; prior LPG experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Possession of a Class B driving license; Class BE is an advantage.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken, at a minimum of C1 level.

• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a strong focus on safety.

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

• Openness to utilizing digital tools.

• Eagerness to assist in building something innovative.
