LPC, LCSW, LMFT - Telehealth Positions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical expertise while the organization provides operational support.

• Establish a comprehensive clinical caseload through consistent referrals within the initial 30–90 days.

• Facilitate virtual individual, group, family, and adolescent counseling sessions utilizing HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Create customized treatment plans.

• Offer medication management services to clients as deemed appropriate.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation.

• Follow ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Participate in the development of innovative counseling services based on personal expertise and interests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

• Experience with telehealth is preferred.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions.

• Minimum commitment of 12+ hours per week.

• Consistent weekly availability is essential.

• Evening and weekend availability is a plus but not mandatory.
