LPC, LCSW, LMFT - Telehealth Positions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our growing online counseling platform; you will provide clinical expertise while the company takes care of operational support.

• Facilitate virtual counseling sessions for individuals, groups, families, and teens using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

• Perform thorough assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and offer medication management services to clients as needed.

• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee coordinated care and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Keep precise and timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, along with current state licensure.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth environment.

• Proficient in clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

• Possess excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and technology for virtual interactions.

• A minimum commitment of 12+ hours per week is required.

• Availability for consistent weekly scheduling.

• Evening and weekend availability is advantageous but not mandatory.
