LPC Associate – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Deliver empathetic, evidence-based telehealth services to clients.

• Address issues such as depression, anxiety, and provide support for couples, children, and various behavioral health clients.

• Perform intakes and make diagnoses in accordance with the current DSM-5 under the supervision of a licensed professional.

• Commit to a minimum of 25 client sessions and 30 hours of availability each week.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days of obtaining credentials.

• Work collaboratively within a clinical community and contribute positively as a team member.

• Engage in clinical supervision, receive live clinical support, and participate in monthly case consultations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be approved by the board as a LPCA.

• Seeking independent licensure while residing in Connecticut.

• Graduate from an accredited 60-credit hour program.

• Required graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling environment specializing in treating depression and anxiety.

• Preferred graduate or post-graduate work experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

• Must be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours per week.

• Open to working with a diverse clientele, including couples and children.

• Committed to facilitating measurable progress for clients.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth and EHR tools.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship.
