Loyalty Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the Trade Loyalty and Guest Loyalty Programs.

• Manage partner support, rewards, platform improvements, engagement strategies, and ensure coordination among Sales, Inside Sales, Reservations, CRM, Marketing, Operations, and technical teams.

• Formulate strategies to enhance trade partner registration, activation, performance, repeat sales, and loyalty.

• Monitor and evaluate KPIs, budget, and costs, and present monthly performance reports to the Executive Committee.

• Work collaboratively with technical partners to integrate enhancements into the Trade Loyalty and Guest Loyalty platforms.

• Design personalized, data-driven guest engagement campaigns aimed at boosting repeat bookings and revenue growth.

• Enhance guest communications in collaboration with Marketing, Content, and Creative teams.

• Assess the performance of loyalty campaigns and suggest data-driven modifications.

• Provide strategic insights and continuously refine program structure to optimize ROI.

• Manage and enhance the global loyalty benefits framework and synchronize benefits across the fleet and CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, loyalty, or CRM.

• Ideally, experience within the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.

• Strong proficiency in loyalty program management and loyalty strategies.

• Proven success in driving repeat sales through engagement, personalization, and relationship-building.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce.

• Experience with email marketing platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management abilities and capacity to handle multiple initiatives across global teams.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

• Experience collaborating with technical partners to implement program enhancements and platform updates.

• Ability to work remotely while ensuring communication and alignment across different time zones.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

• Proficiency in French is appreciated.
