This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the Low Voltage High Power product portfolio from its inception to end-of-life.
• Establish the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for products and portfolios.
• Propel the execution of the roadmap in alignment with business objectives while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with customers and engineering teams to comprehend requirements and prioritize resources effectively.
• Take ownership of profitability for both the portfolio and individual products.
• Facilitate the transition of products from Engineering to Manufacturing.
• Ensure traceability of stakeholder requirements throughout the product development process and releases.
• Compose business cases, investment justifications, product specifications, and market requirements documents.
• Investigate market opportunities, technologies, competition, and customer needs.
• Serve as the market representative and recognized authority for the Low Voltage High Power portfolio.
• Promote the adoption of new and existing products, including overseeing customer trials and testing initiatives.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and marketing strategies.
• Provide internal and external product training, demonstrations, and presentations on the roadmap.
• Establish pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct win/loss analyses and manage the performance of in-life products utilizing lifecycle and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Strategy, Implementation, Product Marketing, and Commercial Enablement teams.
• Maintain and communicate the current, upcoming, and future product roadmap.
• Lead decisions regarding new product developments, variations, and product obsolescence.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety and quality standards, and appropriate use of IT systems.
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in product management with hardware and/or firmware-based products.
• A strong technical background in power supply is highly advantageous.
• Robust commercial acumen is essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proven experience in an international work environment.
• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% as needed.
• Ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient knowledge of product strategy, roadmapping, pricing, profitability, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Option for remote work.
• Annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000.
