Low-code/No-code Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead automation projects by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions utilizing low-code/no-code platforms, Workato, Bloomreach, and AI technologies.

• Define integration patterns and create APIs and webhooks.

• Ensure that automations are resilient, high-performing, and secure.

• Set guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring.

• Implement best practices including code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and auditing processes.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to transform business requirements into technical automation solutions.

• Provide mentorship to junior automation developers.

• Conduct technical reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering or automation development.

• Demonstrated expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n).

• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.

• Experience with databases and SQL, including the ability to write and optimize queries.

• Proficient programming skills in Python or JavaScript for developing custom extensions and scripts.

• Familiarity with AWS services and containerized deployments.

• Experience in AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

• Proficient with version control and issue tracking systems.

• Experience with cloud telephony platforms (Aircall, CallGear, Maqsam, Verimor).

• Experience with voice AI agents (ElevenLabs).

• Knowledge of call routing and CRM/Intercom integration.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

• Bonus: Experience in integrating AI-powered bots into workflows.

• Bonus: Experience in creating architecture diagrams and technical specifications for automation platforms.
