This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Execute requirements related to loss draft and property damage
• Process various documents efficiently
• Order and assess inspections
• Manage loss draft queues and assess exceptions
• Provide detailed claim-file progression information to borrowers and contractors
• De-escalate incoming calls and handle complaints effectively
• Oversee the disbursement of claim funds
• Receive between 30 to 50 inbound calls daily concerning property loss payments
• Assist with check endorsements, property inspections, and special requests linked to insurance payouts
• Monitor and track claims to ensure repairs on damaged properties are completed
• Offer compassionate and professional support during sensitive situations
• Document call details and actions accurately in tracking systems
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Claims Processing
• Experience in Cross Training
• Strong Customer Communications skills
• Detail-oriented approach
• Document Validation experience
• Must have authorization to work in the United States
• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions is required
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds
• Residents of Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington state are currently ineligible
• Candidates located in areas where local minimum wage exceeds $19.00 per hour are not eligible
