Loss Control Regulatory Service Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and allocate inspection requests from Underwriters to external vendors.

• Review inspection reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness.

• Analyze reports to identify discrepancies or missing information that requires follow-up.

• Conduct monthly reviews of invoices and billing to verify charges and accuracy.

• Communicate with vendors regarding any billing discrepancies and necessary corrections.

• Assist underwriting operations by ensuring timely processing of inspections and documentation.

• Maintain precise records and uphold data integrity across systems and reports.

• Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.

• Utilize a basic understanding of property and liability exposures across various business segments.

• Monitor workflows and contribute to enhancements in processes.

• Ensure that service standards and turnaround times are consistently achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in insurance, underwriting support, billing analysis, or administrative operations is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and quality control.

• A basic understanding of property and liability exposures related to restaurants, retail, apartments/condos, business auto, and workers' compensation is preferred.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Valid local legal authorization to work in Mexico at the time of hire is required.
