This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Perform both on-site and virtual assessments of client operations, facilities, and safety programs to pinpoint risks and opportunities for enhancement.
• Cultivate robust client relationships while aiding in client retention, growth, and the overall success of programs.
• Examine claims data, OSHA records, and loss trends to identify opportunities that assist clients in minimizing losses and enhancing safety outcomes.
• Formulate practical, data-driven recommendations that foster safer workplaces and more effective business operations.
• Provide training, resources, and expert advice on workplace safety, accident prevention, incident investigation, fleet safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Assist clients in developing and fortifying safety programs, initiatives for employee engagement, and proactive risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, Claims Advocates, underwriters, and carrier representatives to offer comprehensive risk management solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in loss control, safety consulting, risk management, commercial insurance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and proposing practical solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety management systems, workers' compensation, loss prevention, and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and converting findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with clients in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or public entities is advantageous.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Risk Management, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• ASP, CSP, or the ability to acquire professional certifications is desired.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to client locations as required.
• Current Property & Casualty (P&C) License is preferred; willingness to obtain licensure may be necessary based on state laws and role specifications.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
