Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee purchase orders, including order entry and status updates.

• Facilitate shipments with carriers, third-party logistics warehouses, and internal teams.

• Monitor deliveries and proactively address any delays or exceptions.

• Reconcile inventory across different systems and investigate any discrepancies.

• Provide order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders.

• Maintain precise records across various portals and systems.

• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to guarantee timely order arrivals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management.

• Exceptional attention to detail in a high-volume, multi-system environment.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.

• Reside in the Philippines, equipped with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

• Nice to have: Experience with NetSuite, an ERP, or a Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Nice to have: Familiarity with U.S. carriers and third-party logistics providers.
