Logistics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee international shipments (air, ocean, courier) from factories to US warehouses and third-party logistics providers.

• Organize pre-shipment readiness, inspections, and documentation in collaboration with overseas suppliers.

• Manage domestic logistics (FTL/LTL) within the United States, ensuring real-time visibility.

• Ensure compliance with US customs regulations, duties, and documentation requirements.

• Monitor all shipment milestones and provide updates to internal teams.

• Develop and sustain relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, and trucking partners.

• Negotiate freight charges and reconcile invoices with the finance department.

• Collaborate with Chinese suppliers during the morning shift.

• Execute additional operational duties during the evening shift.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of international and domestic logistics operations.

• Strong understanding of customs documentation, HS codes, and import procedures.

• Proficiency in Excel and shipment tracking software.

• Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented with a firm commitment to adhering to standard operating procedures.

• Ability to coordinate with Chinese suppliers during the morning shift.

• Capability to work the evening operational shift.

• Experience managing shipments via air, ocean, and courier services.

• Familiarity with US customs regulations, duties, and documentation standards.

• Experience with FTL/LTL domestic logistics in the US.
