Logistics Process Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Providing customer service and managing the issuance of transportation orders for household relocations.

• Conducting follow-up and overseeing the execution of transportation orders.

• Evaluating, processing, and modifying freight billing documents.

• Handling invoices that are on hold due to financial, accounting, or tax discrepancies.

• Monitoring requests for transportation services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or a relevant technical qualification.

• Experience in customer service and analysis processes.

• Strong understanding of freight transportation logistics.

• Familiarity with the processing of held invoices.

• Proficient in data extraction from SAP/R3 using queries.

• Knowledgeable about accounts payable and tax processes in SAP/R3.

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
