This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a strategic partner and reliable advisor to clients regarding small parcel logistics operations.
β’ Oversee the onboarding of clients and promote the adoption of the platform.
β’ Assist clients in optimizing their parcel operations to achieve quantifiable results.
β’ Manage enduring client relationships with an emphasis on retention, renewals, and opportunities for expansion.
β’ Align products and services with the business goals of each client.
β’ Record clientsβ desired strategic outcomes and showcase the attainment of those objectives.
β’ Develop small parcel cost reduction models and implement them through direct client interactions and strategic collaboration.
β’ Initiate and prepare RFP documents and deliverables for clients.
β’ Monitor client health, compliance with carrier-contract revenue bands, platform usage and adoption, and improvements in efficiency/productivity.
β’ Conduct regular check-ins with clients and structured business reviews.
β’ Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
β’ Facilitate client onboarding and training sessions.
β’ Advise clients on best practices and solutions for products/services.
β’ Stay informed about industry trends and updates on products.
β’ Build relationships with user and decision-maker stakeholders within client organizations.
β’ Engage in special projects aimed at enhancing company efficiency and scalability.
β’ Support the onboarding and mentoring of team members.
β’ Advocate for process improvements and contribute to the advancement of the service model and customer success strategy.
β’ 5+ years of experience in the parcel industry.
β’ 3+ years of client experience in the parcel sector ($5M+).
β’ 3+ years of experience in parcel pricing or parcel cost/spend management.
β’ 3+ years of relevant experience in a direct customer-facing and support role (client success, account management, or similar).
β’ Experience in analyzing and interpreting written materials and quantitative data to draw conclusions and provide recommendations to clients.
β’ Strong technical, analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and diverse client audiences.
β’ Experience in building and managing relationships, including interactions with all management levels.
β’ Proven history of leading initiatives and driving change within a department or organization.
β’ Collaborative team player with the capability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
β’ Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales operations processes.
β’ Demonstrated ability and willingness to utilize AI as a fundamental tool for problem-solving and innovation.
