Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling, monitoring, and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any shipping or delivery concerns

• Keep precise records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation

• Track shipment status and proactively manage delays or inconsistencies

• Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting tasks

• Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and company logistics policies

• Support cost analysis and vendor performance evaluation

• Comply with company policies and procedures

• Achieve or surpass performance goals related to KPIs

• Continuously enhance knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and supply chain practices through training and educational initiatives

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward customers and colleagues

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one (1) year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination

• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple shipments and priorities at once

• Familiarity with logistics or inventory management systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to coordinate effectively with vendors and carriers

• High attention to detail, with the ability to spot and rectify shipping discrepancies

• Capacity to work under pressure to meet delivery timelines

• Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements

• Proficient in spreadsheets and logistics tracking tools

• Experience in an outsourced services environment is a plus
