Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling, monitoring, and documentation of both inbound and outbound shipments.

• Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to address any shipping or delivery challenges.

• Keep precise records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation.

• Track shipment status and proactively tackle any delays or discrepancies.

• Assist in inventory reconciliation and reporting tasks.

• Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and the company's logistics policies.

• Support cost analysis and track vendor performance.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Achieve or surpass performance targets related to key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Continuously enhance knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and supply chain practices through training and learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one (1) year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple shipments and priorities at once.

• Familiarity with logistics or inventory management systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for coordinating with vendors and carriers.

• Keen attention to detail, with the capacity to identify and address shipping discrepancies.

• Ability to thrive under time constraints to meet delivery deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation necessities.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and logistics tracking tools.

• Experience in an outsourced services environment is a plus.

• Must provide a Windows 11 OS device under the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) arrangement.
