Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage shipments from start to finish

• Arrange and schedule shipments with carriers and freight partners

• Monitor consignments and proactively identify delays

• Address delivery issues, including damages and shortages

• Keep shipping documentation and delivery records updated

• Provide reports on carrier performance and delivery expenses

• Ensure the UK supply chain remains operational

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in logistics, freight, shipping, or supply chain management

• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

• Comfortable using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes

• Ability to calmly solve problems when shipment issues arise

• A quiet home office setup with a reliable fibre internet connection

• Familiarity with UK or EU freight and customs documentation (preferred)

• Knowledge of SAP, NetSuite, or comparable ERP systems (preferred)

• Experience in coordinating multi-carrier networks (preferred)
