Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage both inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee timely delivery.

• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to address shipping concerns.

• Prepare and sustain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.

• Monitor shipments and provide regular status updates to all relevant parties.

• Streamline transportation routes and shipping methods to enhance efficiency and lower costs.

• Ensure adherence to international, federal, and local shipping regulations.

• Keep precise records within logistics systems such as ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination as needed.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives throughout logistics and supply chain operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in US logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.

• Comprehensive understanding of shipping procedures, freight terms, and logistics documentation.

• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, or comparable platforms.

• Experience in coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Background in inventory management and warehouse operations is a plus.

• Proficient in ERP and Transportation Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar).

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledgeable in shipping documentation and freight coordination.

• Experienced in inventory tracking and logistics reporting.
