This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage both domestic and international shipments by collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and various logistics providers.

• Monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery, proactively identifying and reporting any delays, exceptions, or missed delivery milestones.

• Ensure clear and timely communication regarding shipments to suppliers, warehouses, drivers, customers, and internal teams.

• Prepare, review, and validate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.

• Detect and escalate any discrepancies related to weights, quantities, shipping records, documentation, or delivery specifics.

• Oversee final-mile delivery requirements and assist in resolving issues that may hinder successful customer delivery.

• Receive, evaluate, process, and report on product quality claims and shipment-related discrepancies.

• Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics while ensuring accurate movement records are maintained.

• Input customer orders and keep order information updated in the company’s Order Management and ERP systems.

• Generate both regular and ad hoc logistics, order, claims, and shipment reports for the Operations team.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, transportation, or a related operational role.

• Proven experience in a B2B logistics or import/export setting, particularly with international shipments.

• Practical experience in coordinating both domestic and international shipments.

• Familiarity with shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs documentation.

• Proficient written English with strong skills in professional email communication.

• Excellent attention to detail and experience adhering to structured processes and SOPs.

• Experience managing shipments involving Asia, Mexico, or Latin America.

• Background in processing logistics claims, product quality claims, shipment discrepancies, or documentation exceptions.

• Experience in reviewing mismatches related to quantities, weights, invoices, or shipment documentation.

• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with ERP, Order Management, inventory, or logistics tracking systems.
