Logistics Analyst, Pallet & Inventory Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee CHEP, LOSCAM, and company-owned pallet accounts.

• Reconcile pallet transactions among internal systems, customer accounts, and pallet providers.

• Investigate and address pallet discrepancies, shortages, and customer claims.

• Monitor pallet balances, transfers, recoveries, and hire charges.

• Act as a liaison with customers, transport providers, and pallet suppliers.

• Manage processes for stock returns and product returns.

• Keep track of outstanding returns and ensure they are resolved promptly.

• Assist in customer service activities and customer order administration.

• Coordinate the closure of completed orders, especially made-to-order ones.

• Prepare operational reports regarding pallets, returns, and warehouse activities.

• Support inventory administration, KPI tracking, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Monitor forklift operating hours and maintenance intervals.

• Coordinate requirements for forklift lockout procedures.

• Provide cross-functional support for warehouse, logistics, and customer service administration.

• Assist in achieving operational, safety, and service objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain administration.

• Strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience with CHEP, LOSCAM, or pallet account management is desirable.

• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations is advantageous.

• Previous experience in customer service or logistics administration is desirable.
