Logistics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring precise fulfilment, prompt execution, cost-effectiveness, and appropriate documentation.

• Resolve shipping issues, including delays, lost shipments, customs holds, and compliance challenges.

• Collaborate with manufacturing and repair vendors to track order status and manage returns.

• Work with internal teams to communicate timelines, address and highlight inventory discrepancies, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Track and report performance metrics related to order accuracy, timely delivery, and vendor dependability.

• Develop ad hoc reports to manage orders in queue as they meet established milestones.

• Coordinate with 3PLs, manufacturers, vendors, carriers, and customs for international operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in a pertinent field or equivalent qualification.

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping.

• Experience in fulfilment/order management and comprehensive logistics processes.

• Knowledge of customs documentation, Incoterms, and global freight operations.

• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and tracking software.

• Experience with Cross-Docking.

• Basic understanding of Brazil's import/export regulations.
