Logistics Accounting Support – FullBay, Trinium Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately prepare and process invoices in a timely fashion.

• Oversee billing operations in line with company policies and client needs.

• Record and reconcile financial transactions utilizing FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid invoices, and aid in collections.

• Keep financial records and documentation organized.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address billing discrepancies or client queries.

• Help generate reports and analyze financial data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts support roles.

• Strong grasp of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Effective communication skills for interactions with clients and team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management sectors (a plus).

• Familiarity with additional accounting or ERP systems.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
