This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main support contact for locum tenens physicians and advanced practice providers during their assignments.
β’ Foster robust provider relationships and ensure a remarkable provider experience.
β’ Recognize and address issues related to providers, placements, travel, itineraries, payments, and assignments.
β’ Oversee the Locums review process and assess when further review or escalation is required.
β’ Balance the provider experience with operational requirements, company policies, and business or compliance risks.
β’ Serve as a liaison among providers and the Recruitment, Account Management, Billing, Payroll, and Travel teams.
β’ Collaborate with Legal, Credentialing, and other internal partners when additional expertise is necessary.
β’ Work across departments to meet provider needs while complying with client specifications and internal regulations.
β’ Anticipate potential assignment challenges and address them proactively before escalation.
β’ Communicate effectively with providers and internal stakeholders regarding complex, sensitive, or urgent matters.
β’ Spot opportunities for process enhancements and improvements in provider support.
β’ Propose solutions that boost team efficiency, diminish recurring issues, and enhance the provider experience.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
β’ Extensive experience in customer service, client services, account management, provider support, or a similar high-touch service field.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Competence in evaluating complex situations independently and recognizing when escalation is needed.
β’ Ability to handle challenging or sensitive customer situations with professionalism, empathy, and assurance.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Capacity to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
β’ Flexibility in navigating changing priorities, processes, and business requirements.
β’ Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
