Localization Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and implementation of various localization initiatives, encompassing software, marketing, and multimedia across international markets.

• Take ownership of project quality, schedules, and budgets while actively managing risks and communications.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project-related issues, ensuring transparency and trust at every interaction.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, linguists, publishers, and others, to deliver smooth localization experiences.

• Generate project quotes, assign resources, and establish success metrics aligned with client objectives.

• Deliver clear and timely status updates and insights that enable informed decision-making.

• Work alongside sales and solutions teams to evaluate and price new opportunities.

• Ensure that all administrative tasks related to project delivery are executed with accuracy.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing localization projects in a dynamic, global setting.

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military background.

• Communicate effectively across cultures and excel in a client-facing environment.

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing complex workflows while adapting to changing priorities.

• Be comfortable with technology and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project and various project management platforms.
