Local Search Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits, monitor continuously, and analyze the performance of local listings.

• Recognize issues, ascertain root causes, and implement systematic solutions effectively.

• Assess content and technical performance, providing timely recommendations and modifications.

• Identify, document, and oversee SEO best practices for managing local listings.

• Collaborate with brand marketing teams to formulate reputation strategies.

• Gather and respond to customer feedback across various platforms.

• Establish SEO KPIs for thorough and consistent performance management and reporting across onsite and technical dimensions.

• Oversee SEO and reputation performance for over 4,000 locations within the company's portfolio of automotive service brands.

• Partner with brand collaborators and development teams to enhance local search visibility and address content and technical enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess technical acumen with the capability to communicate complex subjects to a non-technical audience.

• 3-5 years of experience in managing SEO for local enterprises.

• Extensive knowledge of marketing technology concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Experience in the retail, QSR, or similar multi-location business sectors.

• Familiarity with local listing tools such as Semrush.

• Proficient in analytic tools such as Google Analytics.

• Experience with reputational platforms including Yelp and Trustpilot.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
