This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate, design, and implement AbbVie programs that facilitate treatment delivery for infused therapy offerings in Gastroenterology.
• Identify and build business-to-business connections with local care sites while creating and executing account/partner business strategies.
• Optimize site-of-care opportunities in line with product guidelines, strategic goals, and company regulations.
• Achieve established management-by-objective targets.
• Offer therapy and clinical procedure summaries to site-of-care clients and collaborate with Medical Affairs.
• Detect gaps in site-of-care networks and formulate plans to broaden site-of-care alternatives.
• Implement national partnership agreements at the local level.
• Create, implement, and oversee business cases and contracts when necessary.
• Supply continuous education related to access, including coding and billing, and conduct quarterly business assessments.
• Comprehend healthcare challenges, strategies, customer trends, and best practices.
• Act as the primary contact for sales, patient services, and reimbursement access functions.
• Assess, formulate, monitor, and evaluate partnerships and business plans in relation to profit, growth, and value objectives.
• Build and enhance account relationships through a cooperative, results-oriented approach.
• Prepare and present business presentations and reviews to clients and partners.
• At least 4 years of experience in the pharma/medical industry.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with market access/site of care customer segments and reimbursement, including commercial and government payers, billing, and coding, specifically with infused products.
• Direct experience in identifying and activating sites of care within infusion service areas.
• Capability to work autonomously and make decisions while acknowledging when supervisory input is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and enforcement environments.
• Proven integrity in professional conduct.
• Ability to inspire innovation in account strategies and practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify issues within broader policies and regulations.
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities, particularly for date-sensitive tasks.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 70–75% of the time.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
