This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage an estate agency as a Yopa franchise Territory Owner.

• Oversee a specific postcode territory.

• Expand the business without any limitations.

• Evaluate and list residential properties.

• Assist clients throughout the buying and selling process until completion.

• Generate and oversee sales leads.

• Determine personal commission rates with a No Sale, No Fee policy.

• Organize personal schedule and working hours.

• Enhance local presence through marketing and sponsorship initiatives.

• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Personal Property Advisers, Contact Centres, Learning and Development teams, Regional Director, colleagues, and other franchise owners.

• Demonstrated success in valuing and listing properties.

• Capability to guide the buying and selling process to completion.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Readiness to assist clients beyond standard office hours.
