Local Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit and evaluate host families for international high school students.

• Cultivate relationships with local schools and community organizations.

• Pair students with appropriate host families.

• Offer continuous support to both students and host families throughout the program.

• Serve as an advocate and mediator when issues arise.

• Conduct regular check-ins with students, host families, and educational institutions.

• Complete monthly progress reports and necessary documentation.

• Engage in community outreach and initiatives for host family recruitment.

• Promote cultural exchange opportunities within the local community.

• Must reside in the United States.

• A valid Driver's License is required.

• Reliable transportation for occasional local visits.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication.
