This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the mortgage loan process from the application stage to closing.
• Gather and examine loan applications along with supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Request any missing client information and perform comprehensive reviews.
• Acquire and verify financial information including income, assets, and credit reports.
• Perform credit checks and verify disclosed liabilities.
• Ensure compliance of loan applications with Australian lending laws and guidelines.
• Review Cashdeck for Livex and any undisclosed liabilities.
• Act as a liaison among borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, and other relevant parties.
• Submit applications through mortgage aggregator platforms, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues.
• Order property valuations and manage the process from post-approval to settlement.
• Prepare and send loan files to lenders and banks for their approval.
• Follow up on applications to guarantee prompt processing and approval.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist borrowers throughout the loan process.
• Conduct CCR and request documents such as credit card, personal loan, car loan, and HECS statements when necessary.
• Check Cashdeck or OpenBanking for any undisclosed liabilities and validate against declared Livex/HEM.
• Conduct high-level or initial serviceability assessments on Quickli for PAYG/simple applications.
• Handle pricing requests and product comparisons on a case-by-case basis.
• Prepare AOL for submission.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Australian mortgage loan processing.
• Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage lending laws and guidelines.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in mortgage processing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage underwriting procedures and loan types.
• High accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Capability to efficiently address and resolve issues.
• Strong focus on client service.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical integrity.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Quickli, Apply Online, Mercury, and Property Hub.
• Familiarity with mortgage aggregator platforms like AFG, Connective, SFG, or PLAN Australia.
• Self-provided USB headset featuring noise cancellation.
• Working webcam.
• Computer equipped with at least a 1.5 GHz processor and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
• Main internet service with a speed of at least 50 Mbps via a cable connection.
• Backup internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps.
• Dual monitor setup.
• BIR registration/contributions as required for a contractor.
• NBI or Police Clearance.
• Any government-issued identification.
• Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM MNL time, Monday to Friday.
• English proficiency test.
